yes, after i posted this, did read that they said it takes about 2 weeks to notice the positive effects of it.

also wondering if my feet feel so bad, not just due to inflammation but the start of edema, i know the feeling very well now. will see.

glad i'm not the only one that has felt this "tired" / "out of it" feeling. but the two days thus far, it does seem to lift after a few hours, so wondering if i play around with when i take it, like before bed if maybe i could try it that way.

but if i really am experiencing edema, that's a deal breaker, as edema just makes the inflammation worse, then what's the point.
