i'm LSD, not NSD, and more for my blood sugar and cholesterol, but here are a few things i made this week that turned out well:

scallops sauteed with olive oil, garlic, cooking sherry, finished with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

drunken fish: cut the top off a bulb of garlic, poured and rubbed with about a tablespoon of olive oil and roasted rapped in foil at 350 degrees for an hour. cooled and peeled and chopped. then poached tilapia in 1/2 white wine, 1/2 water with the chopped roasted garlic in it.
