A. flare up of iritis/uveitis B. Long trek to see specialist doctor and get back home C. Schedule @ work topsy turvy due to this doctor appt and some extra meetings D. I FORGOT an appt with a client at work so I no-showed, calling an hour lately very apologetically. This is so NOT me! E. My very best friend has a recurrence of cancer and started radiation treatment this week. F. My supervisor at work keeps trying to get me to take on more work when I've been saying that I feel that I'm doing all I can do.
Whew! Thanks for letting me vent.
The worst of it all is of course my concerns for my friend.
I'm going to try and take it a breath at a time and remind myself that I'm a work in progress, I make mistakes, (like forgetting that appt, which I feel so horrible about) and to not let stress make me feel bad, because I really do think stress makes spondy stuff worse!
