On 4/2010 my D level was 17 ng/ml. The doc put me on 50,000 weekly about a couple of months and on 10/2010 the D level was 35 ng/ml. I was taking supplements daily until I ran out and then just forgot about it. That's was was probably 11/2010. Then a few weeks ago I stopped having my morning Cheerios with milk for something else. That was my only intake of milk. Hmmmm I wonder if my D has dropped again and the cause of this week's unusual night pain. Time to go buy some more vitamin D supplement.
