Have not found/come across the '9' drugs - back to article and only the following: "It is estimated around 40-50% of all drugs in development will block one of the main 'channels' that carries electricity in the heart and, as a result, can cause heart rhythm problems called cardiac arrhythmias. Most sudden cardiac deaths are caused by cardiac arrhythmias.

Since 1996, nine drugs have been withdrawn from the market or had their use severely restricted due to this serious side effect." from the posted article, which info I have already posted.

Put in a search criteria and not coming up with 'the' answer i.e. '9 drugs'. But since the article mentions thaht '9 were withdrawn' perhaps the answer lies therein? Already withdrawn. Know that Arcoxia is under review in Fr for withdrawal. My GP RX that for me, I gave it back to him! The Cox-2s, one of those was withdrawn (forget name for moment) but a famous case, many deaths attributed to it. Best bet would be to search by names of actual drugs, check IF heart problems ARE a side effect, and IF so, don' take...

OK gotta run. Vroom --->> --->>
