First your link is broken in that it leads to a page that does not exist on that site anymore. I think this is the link possibly you had posted: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15971429There is evidence about kidney stones being a problem for some with A.S. So, yes A.S. can be blamed for a higher incidence for kidney stones in patients that suffer from the disease.
