Welcome to Kickas. I had issues with energy on diet early on... I am also skinny and had no weight to drop really.

Couple of my suggestions that helped me immensely
1. Nuts (walnuts) and raisons
2. 3 day apple diet... seems contrary, but this really helped me. I think the 3 day apple protocal (you can search it here or ask for more info) helps to clean up intestines and makes us more efficient with what we eat. This really surprised me how well helped.

I started diet 9 plus years ago and can still easily remember issues with energy.
