Hello, Skywalker:
The LSD produced spotty results for me at first and it was before I heard of NSD, so I decided to begin taking antibiotics in addition to being as strict as possible. After a couple of rounds of these agents, I was able to eliminate dairy, all starches, and eat very light meals with no heavy oils or fats and remain symptom-free as long as I was this strict.
I am totally perplexed that You might feel bad after seven days fasting! When I was taking NSAIDs at my worst, it took about three days for pains to creep back up and sometimes a seven day fast was just not enough; it is all a matter of getting ahead of the disease in stages, mostly. The NSD is not something that will work so quickly; not like a drug but it is a lifestyle change that we adjust to, eventually. Ebringer claimed it took his patients three months to first learn the LSD and another three for them to feel better.
I am rather more impatient than that, and got relief after only four days taking antibiotics plus strict LSD. I encourage everyone who desires better results to incorporate the antibiotics of course especially instead of NSAIDs. The Road Back Foundation has a list of physicians willing to treat rheumatic diseases using antibiotics, and although they might not have the best choices in mind, at least these agents work for some people. I would send You my own protocol as a reference, if You are interested--this is no experiment but an effort to regain Your health and You are making considerable efforts in this regard; we are here to support You and hope with You that You can achieve the great results some of us have enjoyed.
KickAS,
John
