If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi: Just returned from the follow up appointment with the surgeon for my June 10 surgery and he is happy with the x-rays and my rehabilitation. I am happy too. In response to his questions I told him I have no hip pain, I am regaining my strength and I expect to make a full and speedy recovery. He said he has never had a patient who cycles 10 kilometres per day so soon after surgery and I said I haven't done any hills yet. He questioned my requests for referrals to physiotherapy and massage therapist. I said I wanted to talk with a physiotherapist about core conditioning and exercises that are not recommended for patients recovering hip surgery. I said I have issues with my left shoulder which is sore possibly from sleeping on my left side during the recovery of my right hip surgery and would like massage therapy for some relief if possible. He had no problem writing up the referrals. He is happy and I am happy. A good day so far. Enjoy your day. ...Tom
