If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello ... Thanks for the replies! I looked up fasciculations and found some info about Benign Fasciculation Syndrome, which seems to fit it all perfectly. It even says that stress and medical illness can increase its intensity, also makes perfect sense for right now.
Rumble, you read it right on the Enbrel comment. I really didn't notice any change in terms of the aches and pains in my joints and back. I still experienced periods of what I imagine are little flare ups (achy, exhausted, felt flu like, GI issues ... fun times!) along with minor daily symptoms. I suppose that they might have been worse had I not been on the Enbrel though? Luckily I'm really not all that bad off right now and these things rarely impact me more than me just thinking, hey ... that's kind of weird. I hope you get some answers on the nerve issues your having right now. Sounds like something that would be a little disconncerting to say the least. I'm especially sorry you had to stop the enbrel in the meantime if you were getting some relief from it.
Sue, I love your perpesctive on things! I will say that last night I had some intense pain in my toe joints for a while and when those muscle started to spasm it was clearly pain related. I think from now on I'll not worry much about these non-pain ones.
Thanks for your input Rainshower34 ... I'm glad your hand quieted down for now. It's always nice when there's something to be able to say improved for a bit!
I'm already feeling much better about this! Thanks guys. Have a great weekend!!
