I don't know, sue. My prescription for Arthrotec has been changed so now it is supposed to be taken twice a day. I haven't begun this as I don't want to be completely drugged out. Wednesday is the one day I have no work so I will begin taking it twice a day. That way if it makes me really tired I can go sleep it off.
