I'm only like this when its flared up at its worst. Last night I ended up doing some prone lying on my front for 5 mins and trying to breath in deeply so I could feel it in the ribs and back muscles. I'm not sure yet but it may have had a positive impact. Going to do some more of that tonight and more stretching out of the muscles. Today has been very good. Can do all my exercises nicely without the usual discomfort. I'm booked in to a Rheumy in Feb (first time I been back to one in 11 years) and will get some scans to see what the difference is from the last lot.
