My twin sister is coming to town today and we are having an old fashioned sleep over. I am really looking forward to just having fun and trying to forget about the aching body for a little while. We are probably going out to dinner somewhere so I have a sack lunch ready just in case there is nothing at the restaurant I can eat on NSD.

Osteoarthritis in hips
Follows NSD
Takes Ibuprofen only when needed
Loves to swim.
Still working 5 days a week as a secretary then 5 nights a week waitressing.
