Your description nails it, Louise. I rest it and it improves. First thing in the morning it's at its best - the complete opposite of RA. If I use it much, then WOW it gets very severe so I have to stop and breathe whoooooooo!
And yet oddly, before the last 10 days when it's been wicked, it was quite variable with days when it hardly bothered me.
What do you think are the chances that it is getting worse - i.e. more damage through use?
I picked up some crutches today but forgot that the last time I used them (for four months when I broke my leg) I didn't have shoulders damaged by RA. So not sure whether crutches will be an option!
