If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I have been dealing with a terrible gastritis flare-up for about a week now. My PCP has me trying Aciphex, instead of Omeprazole, and taking Carafate to coat my stomach. Typically he instructs me to stick to a somewhat bland diet, which for me is usually toast, rice, cereal, mashed potatoes, etc. I am just curious, though, what no starch foods would be considered bland enough? I had grapes this morning and it caused me great pain. I am thinking that right now, pretty much all fruit is going to be too acidic for my stomach to handle. I am holding off on the Naproxen to let my stomach heal.

Current treatment: Too many medications to mention. Now trying going a more natural route...NSD and exercise!
