You are so sweet!! As far as replacing your morning coconut oil, here is what I do each morning:
For a super quick source of energy, I make a morning smoothie with:
1/2 tsp+ matcha (finely ground green tea leaves, Japan origin)
1 cup almond milk (I make mine from scratch)
1 handful spinach
1 TBS honey
Blend in high speed blender (vitamix) pour over ice. This is a really great get-up-and-go drink, without the caffienne gitters & tummy ache coffee gives me. Also, this is an awesome appetite supressant, you won't be hungry til well after lunch time. I often sneak by forgetting lunch, and then eat something super simple and feel satisfied easily.
I also really like raw cacao powder. It has tons of magnesium & antioxidants, and some caffienne too. It has get-up-and-go, and the boost of magnesium makes me feel good!
My cacao drink:
1 cup almond or sesame milk
1 TBS raw cacao (raw cocoa powder)
1/2+ tsp cinnamon
2 medjool dates or maple syrup
Blend in high speed blender with ice added at the end to create a "milkshake".
