Hi All,

I went on a sugar (plus fruit) and carb diet this week due to having symptoms of Candida.

4 days in I grabbed a black coffee and all of a sudden, heart palps, nausea, short breath, anxiety etc etc.

It was bad timing because I had to jump on a helicopter for a photo shoot.

Is this hypoglycaemia? Or the Caffeine fix or both?

How do I go 2-3 weeks on sugar free without compromising my body.
