Depending on what circles you run in, it could be called a "healing crisis" or "herxheimer reaction" - These are the two names I use the most.
This is the only possibility I can think of as well... but I never experienced it without fasting personally.
But I may not have had large number of klebsiella bacteria to begin with when starting diet as I was on azulfadine that is a sulfer medication that has antibiotic properties from what I read.
