snow- I was able to cut and split 7 wheelbarrows of wood today. It was a mostly dead hardwood tree from the neighbors. As you know, it was painful, my maul is 14#. But it should be very good wood by late Sep. I have been thinking aob0ut the kind of leadership you would deploy for a few situations at work.
