I dont think you are a jerk. Honestly I dont. Like I said to Johnny in another thread, differences of opinions are just that. No one is right or wrong.
They did have a young persons space here at one time. There was not enough activity. I also dont know how much I would trust another site as much as I do this one. See I have been here for a couple of years, and these people are my family. That is exactly how I think of them. I laugh with them, and cry with them. I associate with them on the forum and off. I call them, and they call me, etc....you get the picture. This is a place that I feel VERY comfortable leaving my son. Why not, I am leaving him with family. I just dont want that level of comfort to change. I dont want to have to tell Eric, sorry pal, cant go there any longer. How fair would that be for him.
I am by far the type of mom who says oh it is nothing. Get over it. I dont over react by any means, and his pedi has given me grief for not bringing him in sooner than I have at times, but I dont just poo poo his aches either..
Now that I have rambled on for ever over here, let me tell you welcome to the site. You will find that most of the time it is very pleasant and helpful. Or should I say welcome to the family, I have argued my point to you just as I would my sister
