Neither. My worst is in transition from warm day to cold or from cold days to warm. Late October to November again from late March to early April.

I actually like both very warm and very cold as long as it stays that way. Hate when it goes fom 55 degrees down to 20 degrees and dampness in the air or vica versa 20 up to 55.

I suppose therefor I'm better with warm cause if its going from 75 to 100 I don't get achey but 50 to 25 might do me in.


Sorry to hear you are hurting. If cold weather is what ails you, it may be time for you to have someone toss you in a box and find yourself mailed to Cheryl's front door. THink FLoida winters are a wee bit nicer temperature wise than Canadian winter.
