If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Lots of hugs to you sweetie. I am sorry to hear that you are having to pull out the wheelchair again. I had so hoped that the Enbrel would continue working for you. I was so happy when I would see you post that you were out enjoying life and felt good! I hope that your Rheumy can help you with some pain relief. Congratulations on your son's upcoming wedding! How exciting!! Try not to overdo it, just take one day at a time. Easier said than done right? Speaking to a Buggy who overdid it with a walk this week. I must admit that the neck pain can be so bothersome. I used to think my back was the worst..but my neck is a VERY close second. It gives me headaches...tightness in my left shoulder and arm...then trouble swallowing when eating. Not fun. Perhaps icing it might help? Heat seemed to aggravate my neck...as it was warm and so painful. The ice was more helpful in the end... Keep coming here to vent....that's what friends are here for....to help each other up when we feel we are falling... Buggy

Hi Cindy, I am so sorry that you are feeling so awful. All my loving thoughts toward you. Just a note on all the increased global pain you are feeling, this may be a reaction to the Enbrel. My friend went through a similar reaction on the Remicade, while she was on it and once off it, she experienced ten times the pain everywhere. They say that it is the antibodies that we develop toward the drug that creates so much extra pain...The VERY GOOD news, is that my friends global pain subsided and went back to the normal ratty stuff that we deal with. Check this out with your Rhuemy..the Enbrel may be actually increasing your pain at this point. I hope you get a lot better very soon. Liz

Hi Cindy! Sorry for all your pain and suffering. I have only gotten iritis twice and both times in the beginning of year so ive been real leary of eye pain or burning. It is so horrible isnt it. Hope you get rid of it soon. The prednisone doesnt help either because it makes for mood swings and depression. You have been hit hard but thank god for your blessings too. Can they give you more embrel or are you on as high a dose as they can give? Its not whining but the need to share you grief with others. Take care Connie

Ok, first things first. Here comes that big hug...... You know, maybe, just maybe, that flu virus is upseting your apple cart, so to speak. I've had several nasty viruses this past year and my arthritis went right through the roof. I think it took me about 10 days to settle down again, but I'm almost back to normal. I think it's great to hear your going to school. I wish I could afford it, but I couldn't even afford one used textbook at todays prices. sounds like you'll make one heck of a good, inquistive student. Don't let the teacher's /professors get away with anything. Hope your AS and tooth get oodles better.
