If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Oh good, I'm glad you're feeling better. LOL! Yes, at least they are consistently short and moving! By the way, in another discussion you called Blue Buggy your little football player. From the sounds of things, he might end up a figure skater - all that twisting, jumping and turning!! Hugs, Kat

Buggie! When you talked about the new pillows, I said oh no! poor bugs there goes the neck. The nausea is from intense pain, the body does what it can and I guess it purges itself. I do the toss'em stuff when my kidneystones get bad or the neck goes tizzy. Glad your better, tie a string of chorizo around your neck, dare ya, I can hear the kids laughing and who knows what the baby will feel? Arthur

LOL you KNOW Arthur, I am beginning to see a "pattern" here with your curing ailments. Chorizo for neck pain, back pain....heel pain. I know my daughters will die laughing...and my dog will suddenly be by my side 24/7 ! I am sooo glad it passed me by. It was so sharp the pain. oh...and as for my baby.. my son will born with a little paper bag over his head and sunglasses on top...the shame! Buggy

I recommend using ice for 20 minutes at a time to get rid of the spasm. I get neck pain so bad sometimes it makes me sick to my stomach too.
You would think that heat would be better, but my PT started me with ice. It works well.
One of the bad things about neck spasms is that it makes you want to stretch a lot. This actually makes it worse because most people stretch too hard and far and too short of time. Once the ice starts to settle it down, I find that a gentle stretch holding for at least 20 seconds helps even further. A stretch for less time than that causes a "rubber band" effect (so says the PT).
Good luck and take care.
Geez.
