I hope your having as much fun rolling around on it as I am. It's alot funner then doing the exercises and trying to stay balanced seems to be a good exercixe in its self.
It also makes situps possible for me at angels on the ball.

Can't really answer your "how long" question without knowing your condition. If you are diligent at it, you should see significant improvement in under two weeks.

I couldn't see the pics either, but did a search on the internet and found some. I'd probably run out and buy one except(trumpet fan fare) good ole Dad traded me out chairs for a month. My new recliner for his 3 month old shiatzu massage chair. 2 motors and 6 rollers. Yes, there is a heaven and I get to go there everyday now. If you have the means, I highly recommend it. If not, find a store and test drive them once or twice a week.
