Hi everyone, I'm Shirley's (sparkles) daughter Kathy. I would just like to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, and i know that mum would be very overwhelmed with all the love and support that she is getting from everyone. She seems to be in fairly good spirits, although without being able to get to the hospital, i can only judge this by her phone call. I will be sure to pass on all your wellwishes to mum when i speak to her and i will let you know if anything happens. Take care of yourselves. Kath.

Thanks for letting us know Kathy, Your Mom sent me several emails during the time I was away from KickAS earlier this year and I really appreciated her kindness and support. Lots of love being sent her way from all of us here at KickAS. Hope she is better real soon. Thanks again, Old George

Hi again everyone, I passed on all your wellwishes to mum, and she was overwhelmed with the love and support that she is receiving. I thought that i would just let you all know what is happening with her. She has been told that the problem is with her heart, and that she has a blocked artery. They are moving her to a bigger hospital during the week to insert the die into the arteries to determine which one is blocked. She thinks that she will be out by the end of the week, but i guess it all depends on what they find. Anyway, thats the latest update, and thankyou all so much again for your love and support for my mum. Love Kath.

Glad to hear that your Mom has been diagnosed and is moving on to the treatment planning stage of things. I wish her smooth procedures, caring health professionals, an easy plan of attack, and (of course) well health ASAP! Keep in touch, and take care of each other. Best wishes and big hugs. Shirley's daughter has been in touch with me as well by PM and the latest news I have is that Shirley has a blocked artery and they are evaluating to see what treatment - - bypass? Anyway, any and all prayers you can spare to help get Shirley through this time. At least they caught it in time! And she has a very caring daughter who will keep us all updated. I leave on vacation tomorrow for six days so will be out of touch. Cheryl If you can't be a good example you'll just have to serve as a horrible warning.
