If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I guess I'll find out. I made korean cucumbers today and ate them as a side for lunch and dinner. Of course my neck is stiff tonight, but is it inflammation or stiffness. I'm working it out, but 'two steps forward and one step back'. I'll know tomarrow for sure. 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon sesame seeds 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper plus the msg from the kim chi that I'm still munching on.
I'm tired of Korean food now, at least for a few days.

Yeah, I agree ! If anything I feel better if I add a fair amount of soy to my rice etc. Definately doesn't make me worse, which surprised me actually. I was expecting an increase in pain due to its wheat content - but the brewing / fermentation must to make it safer for us.

Forget the Korean food.....

Two steps forward left me in the crosswalk and I got hit by the inflammation express. Wow, feels like I got dragged for a few hundred feet afterwards...just for good measure I guess. I'm back to mad cow and tomatoes until I get through this holiday treat. I should have ate a chocolate cake while I had the opportunity, but stayed home instead. I think I see the top of the hill over the next sunrise, hard to tell in the shadows.

Who am i to push a point? But, it's a perfect time to consider fasting as a way out of the inflamm - now that the xmas freight has left you with an unwelcome present. Lousy timing on that account. Ted

I should be half way through this already. I don't know that I could stand to lose anymore weight either. I did the crime, though I didn't know it was bad, so I'll do the time. Ignorance is no excuse, so the man say.

I'd lean towards the soy sauce being the offender. I think wheat might be my Zero food. Scallions are onions. They are the ones that have the long green tops on them. They sell in bunches like 2 bunches for a buck.
I'm about through the flare, but found red wines now, so who knows what next week will bring. Cheers ossifer!
