If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thanks Patricia.
I hope you are well ? The bone density test is very very easy to take. If your doc suggests it - go ahead. For sure, it is best to know of any problems while they are small problems right ?

Aw Maggie Love, I'm sorrry I just saw this post. Try not too worry too much I am sure the doctors will put you on some kind of supplements. Like Tim, I have been taking mega vitamins and minerals daily for years now. My pain doctor who is younger, athletic and in great shape, recommended the very same that he takes himself. I know I've posted about them before but they are from a company called Usana. The amount of calcium I get daily is about 540mg w/magnesium of about 300mg daily plus several other minerals. Vitamin D, 900mg. plus many others. And Tim, because of your posts I have trained myself to acquire a taste for yogurt on a daily basis. I never liked it before but Tim, your subliminal messages finally brain washed me I also eat almonds everyday but that's just because I LOVE them! Good luck with your appointment today Maggie, I'll be thinking of ya! peace & love Kathy "The most beautiful stones have been tossed by the wind and washed by the waters and polished to brilliance by life's strongest storms."

Hi Maggie, I go to the rheumatic disease unit at the Ottaw general for the iv therapy. It was my rheumy who started me on that. I don't think you can see the fusion from a bone density but zi think since I hadn't started any therapy and the hip had decreases he felt it would be impossible for it to be anything else but increased bone mass do to fusion.Let us know how Wednesday went.
Cheers, Janet
