My husband got a red Corvette for his midlife crisis -- and at 42 I got a tattoo on my butt of a long-stemmed yellow rose surrounded by five red hearts -- I am a good Texas girl, after all! Mine was a lot cheaper!

On my lupus forum, where names can be longer, I am Yellow Rose with Hearts.

This middle-aged, small-town business woman thing is just an act -- I am a hot tattood wild woman at heart~! Or at AS. I considered (and am still considering) adding one on my breast, but the way I am going it would be down around my navel before long. Oh, the joys of aging.

I know there will be GREAT demand, but, sorry guys, no pictures!

Sandi

Frunobulax(froo-nob-you -lax) was my fraternity name at Cal Poly 30 years ago .I was a big fan of Frank Zappa and this was the main character in a song about a giant poodle that ate Japan in a cheap monster movie on one of the 60 odd albums he composed.

Hey Cheryl , Back when I was repairing TV's , one day the UPS man came in with a box for "Hawkman TV Service " and said he only wanted to deliver it to the comic book Hawkman ! Holcomb is what it should have said . I kind of liked it so thats how i chose mine . Talk Later.

I chose my user name because I am Dan, and while I do not live in Washington DC, I live near enough to it that its easier to say I live in DC to people than to say, "I live in Maryland, but not the country part, I live in the Metropolitan part."

Daniel

Take care my friend,

I hope this finds you well,

Daniel

This is such a fun question, Cheryl. Thanks for starting the thread. On the old forum I just used my name, Connie L. I have mild AS, nowhere near the problems that most of you have, and sometimes I feel guilty, like I don't have a right to be here. So, in a thread on the old forum, I said I should change my name to halfAS kicker. Soon thereafter came the new forum and the need to re-register. I just couldn't resist...

Connie
