In the order of things, there are four dragons who cover the lowest chakras and prevent proper nerve energy flow, or kundalini. It is my goal to slay all four, but I'm barely halfway there and their teeth become Klebsiella pneumoniae that also must be 'brought to justice.'
The deformed and blocked-off spine will work against us discovering, directly, the very reasons we are blessed with AS, and will also prevent us from pursuing the meaningful changes required.
No, I'm not into that medieval scene at all, but I do (rarely) gamble at Excalibur...

I've experienced this disease in nearly every body part but first and particularly hard hit were my feet! I've had achin' feet for over 20 years and the best relief I can get is standing barefooted in the snow. The neighbors think I'm nuts but hey, whatever works. So you can find me late at night, standing in the white stuff with the snowshoe hare.
