I don't think that the week can get any worse but hey its only monday and the appoitment was cancelled so who knows.
But I am not letting anyone walk over me I don't care who they are or how big. My mother didn't raise me that way.

I am beginning to think that they are CLUELESS!!!! Or maybe it is just me that the pain is starting to take a toll and I am less tolerant.

WHAT? they cancelled your appt.....the nerve. Well, at least you can relax today. Check out the post about all the stupid things people say. (dr's mostly) I love to vent here. It's so therapeutic to know someone understands you.

Hey Brent,

I was told 3 inches shorter by an intern at Shands. The visual I get on that is laughable. I don't walk with a limp....not yet. But 3 inches....I'd have to limp!!!! A PT I went to fitted me with a lift and it didn't help. They're just not educated, I guess.

Wish I could relax but I can't . I was up since about 3 am. My sister went into labour and I had to go watch her 2 little ones and get them off to school. This is the first morning that they had to wait for the school bus and not have the bus wait for them. She didn't have the baby but they rushed her to the main hospital because her blood pressure went sky high. So of course I am worried about her and the baby.

I checked out that post. The drs can say some strange things.

Oh well I just have to decide if I a going to try and get the new date off or not. Right now I am too peeved to think about it.

No way am I going to work today. Not after being up since 3 am. and my back killing me. The only thing I am going to do is try and relax.
I would go to lunch somewhere (if there was somewhere nice that was also not too expensive) but either everyone is working or else my lunch buddy which is also my youngest sister is in the hospital in labour. so I am a bit worried about her.
Hey too bad that you aren't closer than you could come to lunch with me.

My appoitment was cancelled today until the 20 of Dec. It is still up in the air if I am going to try and get the day off. I will see what my supervisor thinks my chances are

Man does that make you mad or what??? Hang in there, I hope there are things you can do in the meantime to lessen any pain, check out the different sections of the site for ideas...just remember you rock, this is a moment that will pass...
