Thanks to everyone for their good wishes I did indeed have a good day. I waited for the postman before heading out for work and sure enough with a reassuring thud some happiness was delivered on the day, including something all the way from Canada too! (That's some timing  ) My colleagues at work had signed a card for me, I had a visit from my neice and my mum, and after work my brother took me out for a few drinkies. To add to that pleasure my boys had organised for two bottles of gluten free beer to get to me. How special are those kids?? A conversation between my 6 year old Dominic and me... Daddy, why can't you drink normal beer? Because it contains gluten, and gluten makes me feel bad. What is gluten Daddy? Well, it's a protein found in wheat and other things like barely. Barley and malt give beer it's flavour, and there's gluten in both those things. {pause} Daddy? Yes? What's a protein? {pause} Well Dominic, I think that's one for Jeanna
