If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I posted a while back , really enjoyed the feedback, thanks, I am going off all meds for awhile ,I have been on embrel and I did see some good happening but , the feeling of always having something simple turn into infections and taking antibotics was tearing my insides up. I am hoping a nwe excerise program and tylenol will be good for awhile will let you know

Best wishes to you. I wish I had the "gumption" to that. I am so tired of all of this and handfuls of meds. I hope it works and I am going to be looking for your posts. I will be thinking of you. Possi

Throwing away most of my meds was a turning point for me. My insides were a mess and over less than 10 years, I had three stomach surgeries done to remove the ulcers that coated most of my stomach. The first surgery took half my stomach as did the second and the third surgery. At the end of it all, I had only 12 and a half percent of my original stomach left.
If their are meds that you must take, try and see if they are availanle with enteric coating to give your stomach a break.
Best of luck to you Betty.

What did you throw away? I can't figure out what I CAN'T do without? I tried to get off the Prednisone and was in the worst flare of my life by the time I got down to 2 MG. I am stuck at 5. If I stop my Imuran, my Iritis stay with me. I can't stop my bp meds or my Thyroid. I take the Nexium because of this stuff. Have not figured out how to live without something for pain. I just feel stuck with it.

The pills (mostly aspirin based) I threw away were the meds du jour of forty years ago. I'm not even familiar with the medications of the last 20 years as I never did take them after they had been developed.
I wish I knew of the NSD 51 years ago, when I was 18. Guess I'll have to wait until my next reincarnation.

I was only on enbrel and pain med as needed. I hurt with them both and I hurt now except my tummy has settled down and the tums are not ever where in the house. I have started to an excerise class that understands my problem and my head is clearer. This may not be a long time plan but for now it is good to know i am not putting unknown into my body

Hi Betty,
Best wishes on going cold turkey, hopefully it works out. If looking at changes, could modify diet to reduce starch as well... did the trick for me.
Again, best wishes,
Tim

Hi Betty, I just wanted to check in and see how you're feeling after a few days of this. I hope you're doing all right. And I wish you grand amounts of luck with it.
Hugs,
Kat
