I'd go with a spinal too-anything to avoid a general anaesthetic-I would fear not waking up more than the sights and sounds...

Glad you are doing well , my knee hurt really bad after surgery too it got better after about a month or so.

I hope your leg improves, I hope that the fact that things went smoothly means you are going to be good...but keep on that knee issue!!

Hi Mig

I believe that the knee will straighten itself out. I went through it with the other knee but not to this degree so it may take a little longer. But the actual pain from the hip is gone and has been since the operation . Just the recovery pain which I know will get less and less each day.

I don't know if I was brave or crazy to stay awake. I am leaning toward the crazy side myself.
