If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Boy,
Life is exhausting and it sounds like you are buried under a lot of stresses. The pain on top of all that is not what one needs.
There is good stuff out there too. ON the really bad days where all you got going on inundates you don't forget to peek around for the good stuff or if you need to be selfish for your sanity go out of your way to find the things you declare as good and joyous to you.

Hi Heather,
You are so courageous. Sounds as though you have a lot of extra mommy/lady stuff to deal with right now and even in the healthiest of times that can be hard enough. I know in my case, poor health can make a bump in the road feel like Mt. Everest.
Don’t forget to do something for YOU...splurge on a magazine, fix yourself a cup of tea, light some candles, soak in a long bubble bath.
Hang in there. Know that we are here for you. Bright days are ahead.

hi thanks inanna. run ragged about sums things up, and things r gonna b no better next week either as my sis is putting pressures on me for the coming week. i have tried telling my son liam that putting something special in the bath will help his spots go away and still he screams hysterically and refuses the bath, never the less i'll keep trying, thanks for ur suggestion and kind words, i must try the TLC thing sometime, its just finding time, i feel so ill and tired, to b honest as the days progress i am not entirely sure i havent got another chest infection, which i hope with all my strength doesnt turn out to b as bad as the last one i had. thanks again. take care heather

Heather,
I hope you are not coming down with another chest infection. It sounds like you need a break from the children just so that you can get back some of your strength.
Today is the first day of the rest of my life

Hi Heather Sorry to hear about your boys, bicarbonate of soda in the bath eases the itching in chickenpox and piriton syrup (antihistamine) will stop the itch altogether. Trouble with AS is that I find I catch everything! but have managed to avoid too many colds this winter by taking Vitamin C supplement every day. Work in a primary school so have wall to wall germ laden children around me all the time. Know what you mean about the cats - just have one but love her like a child as well - except when she brings me 'presents' of dead mice and birds. Hope your cats are on the mend soon. A laugh is worth a handful of NSAID's hang in there
