Hi Lisa,

Thanks for the welcome
I'm very relieved to have the surgeries over with too. Not in any rush to go down that route again if I can possibly avoid it.....!!

Hugs,
Sue

Hi Sue,

I'm so sorry about your husband. I didn't realize he was battling cancer. I guess I should say that you are both battling cancer. I know it is a huge fight for the loved ones and care givers as well.
Wishing you both all the best. Wish I could send more than just an across the internet hug to you both.

Lots of love,
Pam

my secret is to remove stress from day to day life and exercise. intead of an office job I have gone for a job with some physical exercise. I drive a car carring truck just around melbourne. it helps alot but I have to get up very early 5:00-5:30 for an 8:00 am start so I can get the stiffness lossened up. my energy levels are much higher and the feeling of cash in my pocket is great. I didn't work for 10 years and fell like most of us in to that depression abyss for years. the milder dryer climates have helped and yes I still feel stiff an sore and when a cool change is coming but I work through it. I'm over letting this disease get the better of me. but remember my A.S. wasn't extremtly bad I still have full head movement although my back is fused 4/5th of its length. and yeah I get sore hands and feet but life goes on.
cheers
