If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thank you Thank you Thank you for the "An Oldie but Goodie, A List of Foods" post. I am going to print this out.
I am so glad to see papaya is ok.
I have been seeing recepies with coconut milk and coconut. I am pleasently surprised since I like them, usually use then in a lot of Indian dishes and sweets and I didn't think them as non-strachy. Do they really not have any starch at all? Wow!
How about shrimp? And Mustard seeds and oil? I also saw Cilantro on the "good" list which is wonderful. That's another thing I like to use and it is a great cleanser.

Hi Betty, Where do you live in NM? We are in Las Cruces. Have you found any good rheumatologist in NM? I saw one in Albuquerque a few years ago -- very disappointing. Prscribed me Enbrel without saying a word about the possibility of infection. Nothing about tb test was mentioned. My husband and I did our own research coming home and were horrified by the lack of "care". But we are willing drive to Alb. again if there is any better option. If you have any recommendation please feel free to email me at ssengupta@artoflearning.com . Thanks. Sudeshna

Thank you again Tim for the info. I will look for L-Glutamine. I actually take AzulfadineEC now. Ten years ago when I started I was prescribed Sulfasalazine. I still have the habit of referring to it by that name. But I switched to the EC version long ago. Still I often wonder if even the enteric coated one does some harm to our lining when we take it for too long and if there is anything else to combat that. So it was good to hear about L-Glutamine. Is Aloevera juice a good option also you think, since Aloevera is supposed to have healing effects on cuts and wounds on our skin?

Ted (LaMonty) spoke of the benefits of aloe vera often. I have used on occasion, but not for long periods to speak of its effectiveness.

Hi Tim,
How long do you think a person needs to take l-glutamine? I have just started taking it on your suggestion. Do you still take it?

Not really sure on length of time... I still take it. I believe it helps... but I have been taking it for over a year with probiotics and if I quit I seem to go backwards a bit. So that is a bit frustrating at the moment.
I think the GI healing if a very slow process from my experience.
