If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hey Wanda, thanks for the concern. I did have a really bad day yesterday. Thought I would play the tough hero act and cut my pain meds in half. Wrong thing to do The AS part of things felt good this week on the increased Oxy so I though after 5 days it was time to try my normal lower dose. Oh, terrible day and night. It's 4 am and can't sleep, can't start up the upped dose of Oxy until my AM dose at 7 this morning so I'm just riding things out with more percocet. Fevers are finally down though and that's a good thing. I have my post op visit with my surgeon Monday, I sure hope he is pleased with things so far and doesn't talk about manipulating this knee early like he said last week. He will be leaving after my appointment to go on a hunting trip for a week and I hope to have things moving on my own by then. I have managed to get outside several times a day to walk up and down our road with crutches so I am keeping myself moving. It's just one big waiting game now. My surgeon and I are both waiting on pins and needles to see if this whole thing works. I don't know who is more anxious at this point, him or me. We'll see what he says on Monday. Cindy

Hey Jude it's great to hear from you, sorry you had to work this weekend, but , I guess 5 weeks off makes if go a little easier. Got in my truck and drove today. Now I know I can at least get where ever I need to go and not have to depend on anyone else and tomorrow's a big day with my post op appointment with my surgeon and start of phyical therapy. I'm going to hit the road and keep on going, only a week and a half of independence lost. Cindy

Cindy, I am so excited that you were able to drive today. I can't believe the feeling of independance you get just from being able to get yourself around places. Good luck tomorrow, I'll be thinking of you. Take Care of yourself and quite trying to be a hero. Just take those pain meds when you need them and who the heck cares what others think. You are the one that has to sleep and function otherwise how are you supposed to heal properly. Have a great day, get some sleep tonight and I will pray that everything goes well for you tomorrow.
