Yeah. Dried fruit.. most sweet foods can set off my candida. Fresh fruit and fruit juice are almost safe. Dried fruit was a definite problem :-(
I didn't use the oregano oil, and can't eat garlic (inulin is a problem for me).. but yoghurt seems to do the trick for me.
