If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hey Jeanne. Do you find that all that fat makes you really thirsty? The coconut milk makes me very thirsty- I am drinking alot of water but I'm wondering if there are better things to quench the thirst/off set the fat?

I am drinking lots of water. If you can tolerate lemon juice, you can squeeze a little fresh lemon juice into your water, and about 1/4 tsp of grey sea salt for a homemade electrolyte drink.

What? I'm over 6' and hit 140lbs on a good day (dressed). I can still manage 3 day apple fast or one day total fast. If more it's becoming dangerous: too windy out here.

Your body mass index (weight in kilos divided by height in metres squared) is 22.5 - very healthy. It can drop to about 19 (weight 62 pounds undressed) so don't worry. But if you are really obsessed by wanting to look overweight try that old dutch trick, eating lots and lots of butter. Several kilos a week. Cups of it for breakfast. You can be any weight you like!

Hey Peter,
Do a search on the 3 days of apples here to find loads of info... but basically you eat nothing but red apples (preferably red delicious) for 3 days and then on the last day at noon, began to take olive oil, in total 4 onzes throughout rest of the day.
Yogurt... best brand I found to purchase was Stoneyfield Farms brand.

Whoops, that should have been 62 kilos or 137 pounds.

Butter has 0.6 g/100g of lactose. Not very much, might be ok even for the lactose intolerant. The protein content per 100g is also 0.6g, perhaps more of a problem for those who react to casein.

Since I started LSD and later NSD I have gained 5-10 kg, the reason being that I started this shortly after a very serious flare of Crohn. Compared with the "old days" I am more than 10kg thinner. Even though I eat heaps and heaps of fat, my weight is stable and quite optimal at 70-75kg according to length which is 186cm.
Cheers Andreas

I get a nasty reaction from milk. I can eat butter without issue. It is pretty weird though.. things just don't seem to add up.
Cassein : Yoghurt is pretty safe, maybe a little bit of stiffness if I haven't eaten any yoghurt for a while. Yoghurt has plenty of cassein right? But perhaps the little friends have partially digested some components of it thus rendering it safe.
Lactose : I have tried supplements / teas that have lactose in them. No problems so far..
