Oak,

Sorry to hear the news, but that is no reason to check out. I nearly checked out several years back and very thankful I did not. The mind can be extremely powerful with negative thoughts... but there are many people that love you and care for you.

One step at a time and then one day at a time. Things will come together.

Prayers to you Oak,

Tim

Oak..
Please...please please do not go...
you are not stupid or an idiot or anything of that sort...you are a human being who is going through an extremely rough patch. I am so sorry that your wife found out about the post...

Please hang in there...talk to us..pm us ...call us..we are all here for you my friend. You never are alone. This stupid disease makes you feel that way. I lost my home, my cars, and everything we had worked for when I got sick almost 7 years ago. You can overcome this Oak...you are alot stronger than you give yourself credit for. You have been so supportive to so many of us here.....Checking out would leave only more pain for your beautiful grandbabies and children...fight the fight Oak...even if it's a little bit...Luve buggy

Hey Oak,
I'm sorry it all came down to this. I'm also sorry to hear that your daughter somehow got mixed into it too. I hope your wife soon realizes that your only intentions at KA were to get support and advice, just as we all do, not to cause any sort of trouble at home. Don't just crawl away like you said, that might end up being their last memory of you at home. They need you and they need you to be strong... we need you too, and your are going to be missed by everyone if you don't have access to KA. If you do decide that leaving is the only way, stand up for what's yours, and don't have her just put you out on the street like that. At the very least, have her help you find a suitable place to live at, and come to agreements to visit the family, if she wants you to leave so quickly. Right now, be strong and don't budge until you had an opportunity to work things out between the two of you.

I hope for the best,
take care friend,
James.

Oak,
When I read your post, I wished I could come to you and give you a big hug and help you get back on your feet. Since I can't, I'll send you hugs and thoughts of strength and endurance.

Please, please, don't give up; don't let the monster win. You and your life are precious.

Looks to me what you need to do is NOT to leave the house or commit suicide, but find a good lawyer/attorney. You do not need that kind of unsupportive people around you. Being disabled, you are not the one who should leave the house. Dont let her take you down even more then she already did. Enough is enough right? Go seek the help you need, find yourself a good attorney and make the torture end now.

What youre going through is not easy, but know that many of us went through similar stuff and while it looked like the end of the world at first, it was for the better in the end. You have people around who care about you, focus your energies towards them, and get rid of the others.

Youve already gone through a lot of difficult moments, youve proven to us that youre strong. Use some of that strenght, go get yourself an attorney, and start making the changes you need. Dont wait anymore.

Oak,

you need to find a 10 step style support group to help you with the depression.

Oak,

Please...like others have said, you need to find someone to talk to about how you are feeling inside and the things that you are currently having to deal, both pysically and emotionally. And find a good lawyer too...I agree with that suggestion as well. You should not have to be pushed out of your own house.

We all love you here oak and you have been a strong shoulder and an understanding soul for us. I hope that we can be that for you as well in this though time that you are in. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Love, Trina

Oak,

stay with us mate!!!

I had to go live on my own, that gave me the opportuity to manage my condition with appropriate activity as well as drugs and it greatly lessened my stress levels, things have improved since I can tell you.

Some are n't that good at looking after sick folk and it's usually the more manipulative and those that are always looking to dive out of their responsibilities.

So hang in there and stop beating your self up over having a nasty painful crippling disease! It's not your fault it's your genes!
