If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I haven't had a spasm all week since I have been sleeping in sports camisoles sytle N9001. I bought a couple of Champions at Target and they are heavy weight. I got it larger than I need to the elastic doesn't hit the ribs. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this is giving me better support when I sleep. No spasms since SUnday night. Yeah.

Hi Wanda
I have this weird rib pain. It was always under my right breast until my AS started changing sides. Now the rib pain has transferred to my left side under my left breast.
My Rheumy thinks my AS is active on my left side now - my right side not as bad.
I also get rib pain in my back but not since the surgery.
Hopefully your rib pain soon settles.
Hugs
Gerri

Yup that is where I get my rib pain. On the bottom under my breast. Good that it is on left side because right side has gallbladder, liver and it can get confusing. Mine also shifted to the right side. Glad to not be alone in this. roni
