Hi Lisa... I also use them for my hips and they help me in lessening the pain especially when I have to do more than I usually do.. Good luck! Renee

I used the 50 mg fentanyl patches (every 48 hours) a while back. Didn't like them. They either released too much and made me feel spacey or stopped working and left me in pain. My pain is deep in the SI joints and I felt the lidoderm patches help a lot in addition to my other meds. It has helped me to get a good night's sleep on nights when it looked like that wasn't going to happen because of the pain.

About the solonapas patch, I <3 them, they rock. Have you found the big ones? I luv them. They cover my whole back, and work very well on the pain.
