Thanks Holly,
It sure describes my life so clearly. I have printed it out for a few family and friends. I always have hated when somebody says "you look so well ".

Thanks Holly. I had forgotten this and I printed it off. I have family that could stand to read it. (if they will):o) That's a problem on it's own. ;o)

I appreciate you and all you do for us. Hope you have a good week.

Holly
That is an awesome letter. I think it is one that everyone should give to the people in their lives. Whether its that cranky boss, or a confused family member or friend. It covers my feelings quite well.
Thanks for posting it

Definitely, one of the best post I have read in awhile. I agree, the biggest myth regarding our arthritis condition is that people will somtime think we are bluffing about our health when they see us working 8 hours one day on a job site, yet, they don't stick around along enough in our lives to judge the following day or week of how we can't do our jobs anymore because of a weak back. That is why it is so hard for many us to hold down a full-time job because of lack of education by the general public and Ankylosing Spondalitis. Most likely I can work a full-time for seven days straight but to work consective weeks or 52 weeks a year is impossible. Hell, I have a hard time just walking around Wal-mart or a local mall without leaning on everything or taking constant sit-down breaks. The only way to possibly even work again full-time is to have a desk job, period.

Trudi
thanks for bumping up. I would not have seen it otherwise. It is so true and a good way to explain what is going on with us.

thanks again for reposting it to the front.
Have a Blessed Day

Thank you for this. I will be using this for my family & friends...I think it is well put, and you were able to say it better than I have been able to. Thanks again.
