Sorry to hear the fight with AS has you worn out. I gotta believe all of us here havequit fighting and wanted to crawl under something and hide from AS and life for a while.
Do it. Quit the fight in some way for now. Stop doing some of the stuff you do or that people expect of you for now. FInd some sort of mental break that you need.
I have given up exercising on periods where I overload.
I have given up helping around the house at other times.
I have given up being pleasant to anyone for any reason on an occasion or two.
I have taken up being nasty and hostile towards Doc's or people I work with.
I have been held back by Bruno from some act of wayward foolishness.
I have binged on food.
I have binged on drink.
I have misbehaved
Pick something and let it rip. Then know there's a bunch of ASKickers here who have done likewise and are praying for you to get back to fighting a new way.
