Best of luck to the Flyers. Ovechkin seems to be a 1 man wrecking crew tho. When the series is on the line, he scores 2 goals in the 3d period and the Capitals win.

Yeah, I know. We've done a pretty amazing job at containing him up until game 6, and that's the scary part of this evening's game.. will we be able to contain him 'enough' to break out of the game with a win? I have my doubts...

Stick a fork in Ovechkin and Company...they're done! Flyers move on!

I can't believe it.. it was a nail biter to the end! Now, onto a more difficult series.. Montreal.. oh boy. And, no rest for them.. they start up tomorrow night. I hope they can carry the momentum, and not the exhaustion, through to game 1!

And, that's funny... 'washington ovechkins' HA!

Well, your team won, mine did not unfortunately. Flyers played a solid, 60 min game but there were some questionable calls, especially the "kneeing" penalty they gave to Richards with a min left in the 3rd when we were up by 1. We lost in OT as they tied it up on that power play.. a real heart breaker.

Hi Glen.. I'd say your Wings are doing pretty well.. How 'bout Franzen?! And, although I wish we would've won the 1st one, the Flyers split the series last night by winning a big one, and now we get to come back home which is always good...

Well, as of now the Flyers are up 2-1. That's GOT to be a bit of a surprise, eh? Glad to see it. Although from the perspective of a Wings fan, I'd like to see a Wings - Canadiens series. Be great to see 2 of the original 6 teams go at it in the finals. Either way, good luck to the Flyers.
