If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I have been making tons of pureed veggie soup. This is adapted from "The PH miracle diet" by the Youngs 1/2 English cuke 1 cup broccoli 1 cup cauliflower a little onion and garlic 1/2 bag of spinach 3-4 stalks celery 1 tbs fresh ginger, grated handful or 2 of cilantro salt and pepper 1 quart or less stock I use the kind in the aseptic packages
Place 1/2 stock in blender add all the ingredients... blend away... then add the pureed mixture to boiling broth and done! The variations are endless. The prep is fast because you just rough chop everything and throw it in the blender. Too much broccoli or cauliflower isn't great.

Hi Mary Alicia, I have been having digestion problems with un-starchy foods too. Since I can't have too much fruits and veggies in one one meal (as a meal itself), I try to include them (or cook them) inside my meals or as side dishes so I know they will get digested. Instead of having so many egg and cheese dishes, you can add eggs or cheese to alot of different things. For example you might like to try a cheese sauce or a cheesy flavored dish, or add an egg to your ground beef/chicken meal, eg meatballs, stuffed peppers, meatloaf etc. The eggs in the meat make the meat much firmer and you can barely taste the eggs in it. Eggs also go good in salads (scrambled or hardboiled) and soups (scrambled). If you can't swallow vitamins, drinking something like carnation instant breakfast might be helpful -- but there might be starch in that (I think there is). The multivitamin I take is mostly made out of dehydrated food in a capsule (I don't know the starch content though), and I find that alot easier on my stomach than an ordinary multivitamin which seems to normally sit in my stomach like a rock for a while. Take care, James.
