If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

There are some recipies in The IBS Low-Starch Diet by Carol Sinclair, you have to be careful because(surprise) some are LSD. You could also try Cooking with Coconut Flour, I had some success with that one.

"Eat Well Feel Well" by Kendall Conrad ISBN 978-0-307-33994-2 http://www.amazon.ca/Eat-Well-Feel-Carbo...7784752&sr=11-1This is a cookbook written for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet which is similar to NSD (no grains, potatoes etc). There is the occassional difference between the two diets (e.g. cashews are allowed on SCD and they are starchy) The recipes look great and I am going to be trying them soon (have had the book for a couple of months but have been lazy about trying new recipes, busy with work) All the best, Ruby7

Can't recommend this book enough - especially if you have a sweet tooth and crave cakes, biscuits etc. She developed the recipes because of her daughter's illness and they taste just like the real thing. Similar to Carole's book, but more choice and lovely photos.
