Yeah although I'm not sure how often or what that will include. I got here today and checked in. went grocery shopping and hit up the playoffs. Good so far

I did 4.5 hours on friday, my first day. Yesterday I did 3. Today I'm shooting for at least 4.

So far I've actually noticed some difference. My neck has had a lot less stiffness and inflammation. On the other hand I am flaring slightly in parts of my back...Nothing too bad so far. I'm thinking some nausea and the typical negative effects will kick in during the next few days.

Actually just talked with Brian and heard his take on everything. Definitely a success on that front. Well I'm off to the mine, let me know if you guys have any specific questions.

I almost missed this. Hope you have great results from the mine. How long a drive is it from Salt Lake?

Hello all. Steve, it took me about 8 hours of driving to get here so not as long as I'd anticipated. Were a lot of cops so I cruise-controlled most all of it, otherwise I could have been even faster.

For whatever reason this thread doesn't show up as updated when you check out active topics and has led to some confusion so I'm going to start up a new one with the same content and just double post it. Hopefully that's not an issue...?

Anyway so far so good as far as the radon goes. I've been relaxing and feel like the benefit has been significant enough to have warranted this initial trial. It just remains to be seen how much I continue to progress and what the duration is. It also rained last night and today which makes objective measuring a bit more difficult since I invariably flare at least slightly with changes in the atmospheric pressure.
