There is a great Website that gives you the Inflamation index of all foods and explains all about inflamation , what causes it and how to avoid it Go to www.nutritiondata.com  put a food in the search box and you will get the info you need Richard

Hi, Richard:
Interesting, but not applicable to AS. One food in particular that is poisonous for us was listed as "mildly anti-inflammatory."
I'll stick with Carol's guidelines (even over my own...).
