If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Shoot, I sure go along with that comment! Hate even contemplating the branding part, let alone actually witnessing it (horrible). The castrating bit is not happy, but who wants too many bulls haning around... (Oops, that sounds a bit...ah-hem? ) Lon. Y're soooo funny. Bet you had a ball - oh help. This is getting worse (all we need is Alan chiming in, no, cutting in haha) Stop... Molly C (France)

Thanks Lon, nice to be here. I know all this about moving and exercising and am very fond of exercising (or used to be) and still I have to really convince myself to actually DO it. (Thinking about it just not help....) My last serious flare-up was the result of overexercising --- sooo now I am so afraid of doing it again... We just can't win. It sounds as if you are not really doing that well at the moment... All of the best

That is why I keep running. It hurts more to stand around. I have a friend who's family owns a ranch in Idaho. he keeps telling me I can come help turn the bull's into steers. I have not taken him up on that. Now that I know it is a good therapy for AS?

This makes perfect sense to my twisted mind. I can't stand for more than ten minutes without pain, numbness, dizziness. But last night I was repacking boxes for our move and lifting heavy trash bags and boxes, for three hours. Very little stiffness this morning. So heres my twisted theory: We have to move it or lose it. Its really quite simple, I heard it somewhere before. Just not sure where. LOL

Dow, Are you saying, that what works for me; may not work for everyone? I am shocked and surprised! My life is not attraactive to everyone? humph.. But the fire, the soft feel of a young calf, the Wyoming wind, and old cow trying to know me to the ground, feeling the hot breath of a young calf as it nuzzles your hand - it does me good....

Possi, Lin and I both feel more at home in a rural setting. And my churches have all been smaller, but the feel of the earth under our feet and the understanding of survival has always been important to me. I hope tha tyou are odng better. We had snow yesterday night. crazy..

Darn it Lon - that funeral you were referring to was...your mom's? Sorry man. And quite likely that your pain from standing around, being somewhat imobile, was compounded by the facts of a much loved parent being laid to her final rest. (((HUGS))) man. You are such a wonderful quiet blessing to us here Molly C

Trudi, I( think we are always in pain. but when the endorphins are gone, we realize that we have been blocking it out. I knew I was hurting, but getting the blood moving, feeling the soft hair of those black calfs was just wonderful. One had the scours kinda bad, but it all worked out!!! Nothing like the smell of burnt hair! The rush, rush you say. I forgot about the ruah!!
